 Children under 2 are free. The US DOT require that children over the age of 2 be in their own seat. True Travel will work to accommodate large families with small children on a case by case basis whenever possible.

YES. For individuals using wheel chairs and walkers the bethel tours, MET Museum tour are wheelchair accessible. Chairs and walkers can be stored under the motor coach. Individuals will need to be able to board the bus with assistance. Some mobility will be required. Any leisure activities made through a third party must be confirmed at the time of booking.

 No; we recommend purchasing the travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations. Regardless of the reason (including medical) cancellations involve expenses for the tour operator and no exception will be made to the above. Trip insurance is available for purchase through this site, or you can purchase it on your own. 

To make everything easy and stress free for you. Your tour coordinator will work with your group from start to finish. They will collect deposits and payments, keep the group updated with trip information, answer any questions your group may have, and they will contact you at least twice before the trip to make sure everyone knows what to expect and all details are addressed. The tour coordinator will make sure things run smoothly with check in and check out at hotels, and that all tour groups are arranged before arrival at all Watchtower tours. If  your group request group dining your tour coordinator can assist with this as well. 

 YES. We encourage you to make equal monthly installments to pay the trip in full by April 5, 2024 (this is not for private groups please refer to your private page of the trip coordinator for more details)
