You will be able to view all trip information from this page, complete the trip registration forms, pay your deposits and regular monthly payments on the trip, and to communicate directly with us regarding any questions or concerns you may have about the trip or trip details.
We will update you as time goes on with details about packing, your daily itinerary, and other information to prepare you for your tours. We are so excited to be working with your group and look forward to meeting you all.

Check out Saturday morning, tour MET Museum and afterwards travel to Washington DC to stay overnight
Sunday, visit the African American History Museum; afterwards, head back to Ohio.
A complete itinerary will be shared in November email. Your group will get monthly emails to keep you all updated on trip details such as available excursions on your free day, group dinner availability, and everyone is excited to see when Patterson will open for tours.
You will have the option of paying for your trip in monthly installments. Everyone will need to also fill out a registration form which can be found at the bottom of your group page.
All deposits and payments can be made online or by check or money order through the regular US mail service. Mailed payments are to be sent to 2995 Brannan Rd Snellville GA 30039. If you make an online payment you will receive a direct receipt from the website, mailed payments will get an email receipt.
Cost of the trip includes Round trip transportation on a luxury coach equipped with
restroom, WIFI, electrical outlets, and tv, all hotel stay with breakfast daily, tours of
Wallkill, and Warwick, a MET Museum tour provided by OASIS Biblical Tours, a group
photo, leisure time to spend enjoying NYC and an onboard tour coordinator to handle
your group arrangements during the trip.
Cost of the trip does NOT include:
Daily meals, Tips for housekeeping staff (typically $3 per room per day ), and bus
driver tip ($2 per person per day. Collected at the beginning of the trip by your tour
coordinator), personal shopping. Optional bus tour of NYC ($60 per person), any
additional sightseeing options such as Broadway shows, museums, etc.
